The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially launched the annual exams for Classes 10th and 12th today, February 15, 2025, in the region’s soft zone areas. This marks the start of a series of exams that will conclude by mid-March, in line with the board’s updated academic schedule.
For Class 10 students, the exams are held in the afternoon session, beginning at 1:30 PM. The first paper covers Additional/Optional subjects, including languages like Arabic, Kashmiri, Dogri, Bhoti, Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, Persian, and Sanskrit.
The subsequent examination, scheduled for February 17, 2025, will cover Social Science disciplines like History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Disaster Management, and Road Safety Education. The Class 10 examination series is set to conclude on March 19, 2025, with the Painting/Art & Drawing paper.
