The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced an extension for the online submission of Registration Returns for Class 9 students for the 2024-25 academic session. This extension is applicable to students who are presently enrolled in Class 10 at JKBOSE-affiliated schools across Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
New Deadline and Late Fee Details
According to the latest notification (No: F (Acad-C)/Ext-I/RR.IX/24-25/E-7585606/25, dated 29-03-2025), the registration deadline has been extended by 15 days. Schools and institutions can now submit the registration forms online until April 18, 2025.
Students registering during this extended period will be required to pay a late fee in addition to the regular registration fee. The total amount due per candidate is:
- Standard Registration Fee:Â Rs. 740/-
- Late Fee:Â Rs. 500/-
- Total Fee:Â Rs. 1,240/-
How to Submit Registration Forms
The online submission portal will be accessible from April 4, 2025, to April 18, 2025, through the official JKBOSE website: www.jkbose.nic.in. Schools and institutions must ensure that all necessary documents and details are submitted within this period to avoid further penalties.

- Schools must ensure accurate data entry while submitting registration returns.
