In a significant move to ease the situation for students, the government has instructed the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) to permit all students who were previously denied admit cards because of technical glitches or other reasons to participate in the ongoing Class 10th annual regular exams.
Earlier, Education Minister Sakina Masood Itoo, in a post on X as per news agency JKNS wrote, “As already assured, the government has directed JKBOSE authorities to issue admit cards to the remaining candidates for appearing in Class 10th, 11th, and 12th board examinations.”
Meanwhile, when contacted Joint Secretary in JKBOSE, Suraj Rathore, told JKNS, “Missed out student of GHSS Khanyar (Toiba Yaqoob) will be allowed to sit in the exams, and her roll number slip will be issued tomorrow.”
