The annual regular examination for Class 10 students began today in all soft zone areas of Jammu and Kashmir. The exams are being held under the supervision of the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE).
Over 1.14 Lakh Students Appearing for Exams
According to official data, a total of 114,413 students have registered for this year’s Class 10 board exams. To accommodate them, 1,313 exam centers have been set up across the region.
This year, board exams for Classes 10 to 12 are being held in February, following the government’s decision to restore the previous November session in schools. Meanwhile, the annual exams for junior classes (up to Class 9) were conducted in November-December 2024.
