JKBOSE Declares Class 11 Annual Exam 2025 Results: Girls Perform Better Than Boys Once Again
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released the results for the Higher Secondary Part One (Class 11) Annual 2025 – Regular examinations. This year, a total of 1,21,764 students appeared for the exams, including 59,095 boys and 62,669 girls. Once again, girls have outperformed boys in overall performance.
Key Highlights of the Results:
- Total Students Passed: 91,332
- Overall Pass Percentage: 75%
- Boys Pass Percentage: 72%
- Girls Pass Percentage: 78%
These figures highlight a steady and commendable performance by the students, with girls once again outperforming boys in overall pass percentage and across all divisions.
Performance Breakdown:
- Distinction (75% & above): 35,714 students
- First Division (60% & above): 41,330 students
- Second Division (48% & above): 13,945 students
- Third Division (36% & above): 337 students
Meanwhile, 2,712 students have failed the exam, and 27,720 have been marked for reappear. Additionally, results for 49 students are pending under the “Result Later On” category, while 4 students have been disqualified.
Girls Continue to Excel:
The trend of female students excelling in academics continues this year. With a 78% pass percentage, girls have not only outshined boys but also demonstrated academic consistency and excellence across divisions.
