Revised School Timings Announced for Kashmir Division
Srinagar, May 22 (JKNS): The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has issued a new directive revising school timings for all government and recognised private schools across the Kashmir Division, effective from May 26, 2025.
According to the official order, a copy of which has been obtained by JKNS, schools located within the Srinagar municipal limits will function from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Meanwhile, schools situated outside the Srinagar municipal boundaries and in other parts of the Kashmir Province will operate from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The order emphasises that all educational institutions must adhere strictly to the revised schedule, and any violations will be dealt with seriously. (JKNS)
